Can this be used with my soft close drawers or do we have to disable the soft close?

I believe it cannot be both push to open and soft-close simultaneously. You would need to disable the soft-close feature to use the Titus Slim Brushed Nickel Drawer Cabinet Door Linear Push Latch effectively. This cabinet push latch is designed for a seamless push-to-open function, not for soft-closing mechanisms.
