Hi there! Here's the link to the replacement - https://www.rokhardware.com/grass-026... xxxx -on-soft-close-45mm- xxxx -hole-pattern.html. Note that this has a 45mm xxxx hole pattern, so you'll need to drill new xxxx holes if your current pattern is 42mm.
